A Unique Venue

Nestled in a 2,500 m² tropical garden, Villa Luxauthentika is the perfect setting to celebrate a chic bohemian wedding in the heart of Tulum.
With 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 8 beds, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 overnight guests and up to 200 event guests.

General Conditions

  • Maximum event capacity: 200 guests

  • Accommodation capacity: 16 guests (7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 8 beds)

  • Weekends: Minimum stay of 4 nights (Friday → Tuesday morning)

  • Weekdays: Special packages available for 1 or 2 nights + wedding, from Tuesday to Thursday only

  • Weekdays: Special packages available for 1 or 2 nights + wedding, from Tuesday to Thursday only

Schedules:

  • Technical access (vendors, décor, catering) from 10:00 am

  • Guest access from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am

  • Music must stop at midnight, dismantling allowed until 1:00 am

 

Guest facilities:

  • 4 independent outdoor restrooms for guest comfort

 

Included in the venue rental:

  • 1 security guard to control access

  • 1 housekeeping staff member during the event

  • Trash removal after the event

  • A technical coordinator in charge of logistics and vendor liaison (caterer, DJ, decorator, etc.)

  • Access to the villa’s main kitchen for catering teams

Full Transparency

All prices are listed excluding IVA (16% Mexican VAT).
Unlike many venues in Tulum, we do not add hidden service fees.

Booking & Conditions

  • Deposit: 50% upon booking, balance due 1 month before the event

  • Security deposit: between 1,500 and 3,500 USD, depending on guest count

  • Deposit refund: by bank transfer within 3–5 business days after the event

  • Local taxes: 16% IVA to be added to all totals
